Billing

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment processor with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees. Monthly subscribers can cancel with no commitment; yearly subscribers may be eligible for a partial refund.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within 14 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Yearly plans that are cancelled after 14 days may receive a prorated refund for unused months.

You can change your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no fees for changing plans.

You receive a detailed report with personalized product recommendations within seconds.

Our AI model achieves over 92% accuracy in skin type classification, validated against dermatologist assessments. While our technology provides highly reliable insights, it is designed to complement — not replace — professional dermatological advice. For medical skin conditions, please consult a licensed dermatologist.

AI.Care works on any modern device — desktop, tablet, or smartphone. We support JPG, PNG, and WebP photo formats up to 10MB. For best results, use a well-lit photo taken in natural light with your face clearly visible and no filters applied.

Yes! Professional and Enterprise subscribers can track their skin health journey with our History & Progress feature. Upload photos periodically to see measurable improvements in your skin metrics, compare reports side by side, and view trend charts showing your progress.

Absolutely. Our recommendation engine considers your unique skin type, identified concerns, ingredient sensitivities, budget range, and preferred product categories. Recommendations are sourced from trusted affiliate partners and updated regularly to reflect current availability and offers.

Privacy

Your photos are processed securely on our servers using end-to-end encryption. Analysis photos are not shared with third parties and are automatically deleted from our processing servers within 24 hours of analysis. Processed analysis results (skin metrics, not raw photos) are retained to power your history feature if you opt in. You can delete all your data at any time from your account settings.

Yes. AI.Care is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As a user, you have the right to access, correct, port, and delete your personal data. We maintain detailed records of data processing activities and appoint a Data Protection Officer. For EU residents, data is stored on servers within the European Economic Area (EEA).

You can request complete account and data deletion from your account dashboard under Settings → Privacy → Delete My Account. This action permanently deletes your profile, analysis history, photos, and all associated data. Alternatively, contact us at [email protected] with your request. Deletion is processed within 30 days in accordance with GDPR requirements.

Technical

Most analyses complete within 5-15 seconds depending on your internet connection and photo quality. Complex analyses with multiple skin concerns may take up to 30 seconds. You will see a real-time progress indicator during processing.

Result accuracy depends heavily on photo quality. For best results: use natural, even lighting, avoid shadows on your face, take the photo straight-on (not at an angle), remove glasses and keep hair away from your face, and use no filters. If results still seem off, try re-uploading with a different photo. You can also contact our support team for assistance.

Currently, AI.Care is available as a progressive web app (PWA) that works excellently on mobile browsers. Simply visit ai.care on your smartphone browser and add it to your home screen for an app-like experience. Native iOS and Android apps are currently in development and will be available soon.
