1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AI.Care, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

AI.Care provides an AI-powered skin analysis platform that analyzes facial photos to identify skin types, concerns, and provide personalized product recommendations. Our service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer Free, Professional, and Enterprise subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial payment. After this period, refunds are at our discretion. Yearly plan refunds after 14 days may be prorated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of individuals without their consent
• Use our service for any illegal or harmful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access our service without permission
• Upload content that violates intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

AI.Care and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Medical Disclaimer

AI.Care is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Analysis results are for informational and cosmetic guidance only. Always consult a qualified dermatologist for medical skin concerns.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI.Care shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice with at least 14 days' notice before taking effect.
